Does it cling to your stomach?

I don't think so. We bought this for my daughter to use in a dance recital. Her dance was very athletic and fast and the dress performed great. It didn't stick to her and bind her in any way.

Does it fit tight or stretch?

It has some stretch, but the fabric is a pretty thin polyester knit in the back so you will probably want some spanks or something if you plan to wear this extra fitted. I am 5'4" and 150lbs and 55 years old. I felt better in the large than the medium, even though the medium technically fit according to the measurements, but then I have a little extra booty curves. The sequined front actually hides many flaws. It seemed a little long for me, specifically in the front, (For a Spice Girls costume) but I can fix that. Overall, its a decent dress for a costume.

Does anyone know the length of this dress from shoulder seam to hem in size Small?

shoulder to hem 35 inches in small size, will fit a UK size 8 (will be loose) to a UK size 12 (will be tight), the back is lycra so it does stretch but not excessively
