How big is the actual game? Ive bought for my husband who has had a stroke to use his affected hand & has just arrived in a very small box

Box is large enough as are the chips which should be easy to handle.

Where are the chips kept, is there a tray?

There is no tray, chips arrive in plastic packaging which most their out. I guess you could keep to rebag. Otherwise just chuck the loose chips back into the game box.
