The retract mechanism in this has just suddenly gone leaving me with a very long loose rope. How do I rectify this?

I ordered a white Large lead and had a Medium black lead delivered. I cant find anywhere to send a complaint?

Does this leash fit a poo bag holder?

I've got a Beco bag holder and the velcro strap fits round the handle with plenty of room. I don't think you'd have a problem whatever bag holder you have.

I've noticed the tape has become frayed in a section above to clip attachment. Can you cut a section and re-join it?

Yes ours has gone the same way. Maybe 2ft up From the latch. Its a shame really because I really rate the lead as a whole. I bought it on 8th October last year but only started using it around middle of December. Shame really
