Execellent light. It's very bright. initially, light would go out in 30-120 seconds. I use it on my boat to return to port at night. Customer service and arranged for me to send the light in for service. The battery was defective, so they replaced it free of charge. Now the light works as expected. A good company! Outstanding customer service.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the goodsmann 4500 Lumen Handheld Searchlight w/ case. It has a good battery life, & very bright. I use this for checking the property on the farm, checking the dogs & woods from my back porch. You do have to go through the different light options before being able to turn it off (bright, dimmed, blinking options) but it can be done quickly as shown in the video. It’s a good quality product and lights up several hundred feet of area.

Only thing I dislike is that you have to toggle through the 3 modes to turn it off. It would be nice to have a selector for which mode one wants. But that is minor. I have used this to get out to the duck blind on the Mississippi River. I have been looking for a waterproof, floating, bright spot light to guide my way in my boat. This trip out takes about 15-30 minutes depending on where I’m going. I have left the light on for an hour after in low mode to have light before hunting time starts. No problem! I charge it regularly so I don’t know how long it will last. The charging light does not turn green like the instructions say, it just goes from red to out. I had 2 of these and both do that. The second one was an exchange because the firsts battery lasted about 2 minutes between charges. The exchange was seamless and the replacement came in 2 days. Now I love this light despite the initial rocky start with the first one. So far the best of several generations of cordless spotlights I have had for duck hunting. I use it around the house as well so it kinda a go to light for me so far. I gave it 4 stars because of the first light being bad.

After 2 years stored in the garage, east coast the zipper clasp has completely rusted off making opening the case near impossible without destroying the case. Contacted Amazon (its out of time for them to help) sent email to Seller no response all I am looking for is a replacement case….if you are near an ocean don’t buys this as the case will fail. Very poor customer response…in fact zero!

Great product, I had one issue resolved immediately by goodsman. Only thing I wish I knew before buying is toggling between bright medium SOS and off. I wish you didn't have to toggle through all 3 to turn it off. Using it on the boat in the dark I want to be able to press on press off not have to go through all the setpoints. A switch for the modes would be better in my opinion.

Great light for price...bright and battery life is good. We don't use it constantly just to check for critters before I let dogs out. Does exactly what we need it to do.

This is a nice sturdy cordless light. Super bright, lites up the woods outside my back door. The tree line is about 30 feet away, the light has no problem lighting up the tree line and well beyond into the woods. I highly recommend the light.
