Buyer beware - this listing is for 4 boxes - 56 total pads - but seller only sends one box of 14 at almost 3x the retail price. fair?

I have always received one large box with 4 smaller boxes inside, 4 boxes of 14 pads, a total of 56 as described. I have order this for years now and never had a problem.

This question is for Manufacturer...have you addressed the issue that the listing says 4 boxes yet several customer reviews say only receiving 1 box?

I’m not a manufacturer but when I put this in the subscribe and save my first order was one box - not 4 as it stated. I complained but no response. My next order was 4 but I dropped my subscription.
