I’ve been drinking these for years. The protein, the low calories, and the flavor are great (grape is the best in my opinion). They did reformulate it, and truthfully, I don’t like the flavor as much. But, the fact that the new formulation is a lot cleaner (no more food dye etc), and there’s electrolytes makes me appreciate the new recipe more. And it is still tasty and drinkable. So still deserves 5 stars. I’ll still be purchasing monthly as I always have.

The media could not be loaded. Removed Red 40 and Blue 1 dye from product and now colors are natural!I did not see that they now have Erythritol which is far more dangerous than the artificial colors.I do not recommend this product who made good strides in eliminating dyes but now has an ingredient, that even in very small amounts, can cause cardiovascular issues like strokes.Recent studies indicate that erythritol, a popular sugar substitute, may be linked to an increased risk of cardiovascular events, including heart attack and stroke. While more research is needed, these findings suggest that erythritol could enhance blood clot formation, potentially leading to these events.Elaboration:Cardiovascular Risks:A study published in Nature Medicine found a link between erythritol and an increased risk of heart attack and stroke. I've bought Protein2O for several years. Used to buy fruit punch, coconut, and grape. Coconut and grape were my favorites across the board with great, favorable taste and no after taste. The company changes the formula for the fruit punch; became nasty, stopped buying it. Later, they 'updated' coconut to the 'new, improved' formula; couldn't drink it anymore because the taste changed significantly and the after taste was terrible. Now, the grape has changed and is absolutely terrible! Tastes nothing like what I've bought for years and the after taste is just the worst. I have searched and read reviews for suggestions on how to make it drinkable but have found nothing that works. I have six left from my last order and simply cannot bring myself to drink them. Just a terrible decision by the company. It reminds me of a bad tasting medicine you just have to make yourself take and then choke it down.

Great product, love the flavors. I have easily stepped up my protein intake. I have reduced my diet soda consumption by drinking these. Love grape, wild cherry, and raspberry.

Not too much of the weird protien taste some products have . Great for a post workout.

My husband loves this drink but they are so pricey to drink everyday! Wish you could buy wholesale.

The new formula is TERRIBLE!!! I have ordered 3 cases of grape per month for years! Please change it back to the original formula! It's gone from 4 ingredients to 4 lines of ingredients. My guess would be that most people that drink this on daily basis are not athletes, and don't want sodium in what used to be a delicious grape drink with extra daily protein. Salty, chemical-y artificial grape, I can't imagine who in research and development thought this was a good idea!! Bring back the original grape protein drink!!!
