My 6 year old has been taking another magnesium gummy for the last month but I hadn't seen much of a difference. However, it must have been in her system because we started these three nights ago and every night she has been able to fall asleep much faster and stay asleep through the night. She wakes up bright as a button full of energy for the day.I'm inclined to try with my 3 year old now as she is constantly waking through the night wanting me to get into her bed with her and to be honest I don't know how much longer my back cab take it! 😃 I will definitely buy again if this continues.

After about two weeks of taking the vitamins our son went from regularly waking up between 5-6 AM (the more tired he was the earlier he would start to wake) to then consistently waking up between 6:30-7:30AM. These were the only change we had made to his bedtime routine. He settled better, was calmer going to bed and his sleep improved. Having looked at others these also have a higher mg per dose than other similar products. Couldn’t be happier and they taste great, too!!

Seems to help my son sleep better. He definitely gets up less than he used to. He's been taking it for the last few months and we had about a week break between buying a new batch. During that week he was more unsettled and took longer to drift so I do think these help to a point! My son also says they taste great so thumbs up there!

It's really hard to read, but they accomplished the 0g sugar, by using FOS (Fructooligosaccharides), which is a non-digestable sugar. And while it's listed as generally safe, it can cause side effects, including cramps, nausea, and bloating. It's also a really weak supplement, just by it's published numbers.So yeah... I'm not sure, if I can recommend this. You can give it a try, but this might be the case, where consuming a small amount of regular sugar might not be as bad.

These are bright raspberry-coloured and smell great. I haven't tried one myself, but my little one has had them three times and has gone to sleep with no problem. This is the first time using this brand, and there have been no issues whatsoever.

Taken at 7pm now 10.15pm still wide awake throwing a hissy fit.These are rubbish.
