This knife is show sharp and lightweight.Build quality is amazing I have used some stainless steel knife by symbol brand but that one is too heavy.This is perfect quality knife and lightweight as well

Not so good quality product IMO. As soon as I opened the very first vegetable I tried to cut was a tomato and it is not able to slice it (as they show in the video of the product description). After cutting the tomato into half, I tried to make small pieces and the knife is mot able to slice it smoothly without applying pressure that presses the tomato and juice gets out! I have bought the same product in US and it works perfect! In the name of Japanese technology these guys are cheating and can’t even take care to sharpen it enough for first use!Don’t waste your money!
