A sturdy and attractive bike at a reasonable price. We initially thought the adjuster wasn’t working (as it was stuck on hard) and were thinking about returning it, but when we unscrewed one of the side panels to look at the brake/magnets it revealed two nuts, one of which we loosened slightly and that released the adjuster and it seems to be fine now. We had also contacted the DMASUN Customer Service about this issue and they got back to us the next morning to offer replacement parts if the brake had been faulty, so I am reassured that the DMASUN Customer Service (email) is there if further help is needed, or if we need replacement parts in the future. I also like that the bike seat is adjustable for taller folk, I’m 5ft11 and had assumed I would need it at full height but full height is very tall indeed so I will keep it on about the mid height for us. It also comes with a padded fabric seat cover which at first I thought would not stay on the seat, but managed to hook over the big seat nut and knot securely and it works fine. Another thing that initially didn’t work was the link to the little battery operated monitor thingy, on contacting the DMASUN Customer Service (email) they sent a video that showed how to move it to make it work (you have to unscrew the version we have and move the connector to the furthest back position and move the pointy bit until you find the position that triggers a reaction when you pedal - bit of trial and error but we got it to work yay!) there is more than one version though so your one may need a different solution - at first they set me the solution for the other version. I think they may send them out unconnected for safety reasons during shipping.

Now that I've had this bike for 2 weeks now, and have used it every day for a roughly 25min workout. The bike itself was fairly straightforward to assemble, and overall it's sturdy, and best of all: it's quiet. I do my workouts in the mornings, so I can take a shower after, and I know that the loudest thing about that is my breathing.My girlfriend is a bit smaller than me, and adjusting the height is easy enough. Unfortunately, though, the angle of the saddle is a bit more fiddly. As other reviews have pointed out, too, the saddle is a tad harsh, but not to a point where it becomes painful or anything. All in all, we can both use it with minimal compromises.The bike doesn't take up an insane amount of space, but then we have a spot for it where it's not in the way, so we don't really have to use the wheels at the front to move/store it.By far the biggest drawback to me is the resistance. At the highest setting, there is a scraping noise which I suspect is caused by the magnets not being attached properly (they seem a bit angled and off centre). Even if I ignore the noise, though, the highest setting isn't all that high. Standing upright in the pedals just feels silly, and anything lower than half way offers up no resistance at all. The pedals are ok, but made of metal, so you need appropriate footwear. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.The stand for a tablet is a bit on the small side (just about fits an iPad air), but is more of a phone stand. The included computer thingy is decent for keeping an eye on time, but I find the heart rate monitor to be questionable, the odometer is probably to be taken with a rock-sized grain of salt, same as the speedometer. The calorie readout seems to just tick over at a constant rate based on the number of pedal revolutions l, regardless of resistance, and based on my calculations and subjective comparisons with a more expensive setup you'll find in a gym, is off by anything between 50-100%. I'm not obsessively looking at the calorie readout, it's not all that important to me, but if you're more interested in that, I'd recommend buying a dedicated heart rate monitor, and do the maths yourself.All in all, though, the little niggles and imperfections are no big deal. If you want a reliable exercise bike at a reasonable price, I wholeheartedly recommend this one.

I have had the Dmasun brand previously and can vouch for their excellent customer service.This arrived well packaged and took me around 30 minutes to assemble. The tools required are included and it's simply a case of following the instructions. As you would expect everything is adjustable , handlebar and seat height etc , therefore making it usable for all the family up to a maximum of 350lbs weight.It looks stylish and is well designed and built in my opinion. You have an LCD display that allows you to track the usual metrics including, speed, distance etc. There is a bottle holder and a tablet / phone holder so everything is in place for you. The seat is reasonably comfortable and the pedals are easily to adjust and really hold your feet in position with proper straps. The stand out feature for me is the magnetic resistance . It is easy to adjust by turning a knob on the cross frame and is really smooth to pedal whilst making pretty much no noise, it's very quiet.Which ever user has been on it we all agreed that it is very sturdy with no rocking or moving about , even on the higher resistance setting.Overall my family and I have no complaints , and to the contrary are very pleased with this Dmasun exercise/spin bike and believe that at the price is excellent value for money.

Really pleased with the bike, easy to assemble, runs quietly definitely value for money and solid made. I would definitely recommend this bike.
