Training has gone up a notch!
Been using these for 2 months straight now. Good quality product. The door anchor as average but does the job, the handles work well overall.Would recommend and I hope they bring out a higher resistance.

Good quality resistance bands
Love the quality, good attachable handles. Comes with door anchor also. Much better than I expected. They are a full loop which is good for a lot of exercises, but makes it a bit awkward for some.

Great bands
I've used these bands for all sorts so far. From assisted pull-ups to bicep curls. They do the job and make for a great home workout, or take them away with you for a quick morning session.The extra bits with the bands are great too. The handles do provide some extra options for different workouts too.Couldn't be happier with them.

Your Straps for life
My old straps cracked and snapped. These replaced them. I love these. Does the job. I use it for stretching and regaining movement in arms and my legs. Further, I use it for arm and leg exercise and to help with pull ups, etc. Part of your essential items for exercising. Buy some if you want to get started, or are fit and want to be able to have a gym while you are traveling. Love it.

Poor door anchor
The bands themselves are excellent, good quality and strong.However, the first I used the door anchor the stitching snapped while pulling the bands towards me, aiding the handle to fly towards me hitting me in the chest.I'd also like the carabiners to be bigger as its a little awkward when changing the bands.
