This cookbook has really helped me understand the fundamentals of sourdough. I have made beautiful loaves of bread and other treats. Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in a step-by-step instructions with pictures.

Terrific book, full of step by step photos and delicious recipes. Elaine Boddy breaks down the mystery surrounding sourdough bread making leaving the reader with confidence to give it a try. I especially love the sourdough crackers made with discard, it’s now my go to for crackers. The only recommendation I have is use the grams measurements.

Awesome sourdough cook book! Offers easy to follow instructions from making a starter to various other sourdough recipes. The book also offers lots of trouble shooting suggestions. One of the best sourdough resources I own! Highly recommend!

So glad I bought this book! I'm new to sourdough but this has everything and more that I hoped it would. Step by step photos on the process, discard recipes, basic recipes as well as more advanced ones.
