Beautiful product
The media could not be loaded. My biryani just tastes better when it's cooked in the ptal lagaan, I would definitely recommend this product. The packaging is very nice and there was a guidebook provided by the brand as well.

Scuff marks on lid… disappointing experience from a premium brand!
So very disappointed about this product. I was expecting to carry this back with me to the US but I found that the lid has black spots and scuff marks. Did not expect this for a premium product at a premium price from a premium brand. Vendor is unable to send replacement since this is an Amazon purchase. I have to return and repurchase but there is no guarantee it’ll be delivered before my travel date!!

Underweight
The weight of the product is only 3 kgs including the cap. I had purchased the 13 inch handi and it is advertised as 5 kgs. So clearly you are cheating us. It also raises questions on the metals that have been used.

Good product but received it in broken condition
I ordered pital lagan 5kg it is good product packaging is also good but the handle was not properly riveted. Manufacturer should look into it.

Not at all according to its price..
The media could not be loaded. Just because of brand name they are delivering product in so bad condition and soo much expensive

Low value for money.
For a approx Rs 7000 utensil, one expects better quality. 1.The know on top of the lid is a bad fixture, and comes out initial use itself. Needs a longer screw. 2. Polish on lid is coming off within one wash even even after wash by a soft sponge. 3. Finish of the lid and the handles is of poor quality. Lid is not fitting properly. Needs to be improved as regards the cost.
