Worth a Try for Digestive Support
I picked these up hoping they might help settle my stomach a bit, as I've read guava leaf can be good for digestion. Been taking them for a few weeks now. No dramatic changes, but things seem maybe a little calmer? Easy to take, no side effects for me. Seems like a quality product if you're looking into guava leaf.

I’m not always sure what to think of when I see concentrated supplements. What I can say for this supplement is that if you’re looking for a 10 to 1 concentration of guava leaf, it doesn’t get any better than this. The packaging is very clear and concise. It is very readable and tells you precisely what’s in it. There’s no proprietary blends of any other ingredients, so you can target specifically what you are trying to do with guava leaf. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for high concentration.

I've just started taking this Guava Leaf Extract (1000 mg, 10X strength), and so far, I’m impressed by the quality. The capsules are easy to swallow, clearly made with care, and I appreciate that they’re 100% pure with no additives. It’s great to see it’s produced in a cGMP certified facility and sourced from India, where guava is naturally abundant.That said, I’m giving it 4 stars for now only because I haven’t used it long enough to fully evaluate its long-term benefits. I plan to update my review in a few weeks once I can better assess the results. So far, so good!

I really like this product
I am reviewing MONOHERB Guava Leaf Extract 1000 mg - 90 Vegetarian CapsulesMONOHERB Guava Le….I was skeptical at first, but after taking these I really do feel that my digestive system is much improved. I do like the effects of these and I feel it helps keep me regular. I absolutely would strongly recommend this! I'm not quite sure how it helps with diabetes or even if it does as I have not tested my blood sugars, but overall, I think this is definitely a great thing to keep on taking!
