I wanted to try the IV liquid because I had started a new medication and needed the boost. Good variety and size. The cherry was a bit sweet for my taste. Mixed well with water. I picked up on a sale and it was worth it.

For what these are, they are pretty good. They taste really good. My personal drawback, is I was unaware until I bought them and they got here that they contain glucose and sugar . For me currently I am really trying to stay away from that. I Indiana that sugar and glucose are in a lot of these because combined they have a synergystic relationship with each other but I also know that most new options do not contain sugar so just beware.They provide instant energy and the feeling of stabalization while you are doing high anything strenuous. Very good flavors .
