Great Electrolyte Drink.
LMNT is Awesome. It is a must try for sure. I’ve tried a few Electrolyte Drink mixes. Some are good and some are just okay. It just depends on your individual needs. I’ve struggled with low sodium and potassium levels for a while, and this did the trick with key ingredients. The Taste is good but yes a bit salty, for me the magic number is 28 oz of water per one packet. It mixes well and is not grainy at all like other powders. All the flavors are good, again a based in individual palate. I use one packet per day after workouts or housework and it hits the spot, I prefer it with cold water.

These work fantastically and maybe additional benefits?
These are incredibly useful! My husband does lawn work and this keeps him hydrated during and after a day outside in the texas heat. They also help me (just because I'm not great at drinking as much as I'm supposed to.) Even though I don't think theyre supposed to help with your brain function or necessarily give you energy, I feel like these help me think clearer and give me energy. (That may all be in my head, but it seems to be a consistent result for me at least for whatever reason.) Not to mention theyre delicious!

Excellent Variety and Noticeable Hydration Boost!
I’m really glad I tried this variety pack. It’s the perfect way to test out different Liquid I.V. flavors without committing to a single one. Passion Fruit was my personal favorite, and they all taste much better than standard sports drinks. I noticed a real difference in how I felt during my runs and workouts—definitely more hydrated. The sticks are super convenient for travel and mix perfectly without leaving any grit at the bottom. 5 stars!

Super hydrating
I love liquid IV. They’re the most effective electrolyte powder I’ve ever tried. The flavors are pretty good. It works pretty instantly too. I think the ingredients are a little bit better than some of the other products out there. I’ve tried the sugar-free ones too, which is great if you’re watching your sugar and it doesn’t really compromise on flavor.

Bless these things. Brought me & my friends back to life each day for Coachella. Not the best tasting but genuinely think it’s tasty as it can be for the sodium it has. Highly recommend drinking ice cold!
