Bought these from the reviews.Wanted to start some basic strength training.These are perfect for a beginner, just search basic weights workout and loads on YouTube to get you started.I was a bit worried about the stand - as other reviews say it's flimsy - it took some strength to get the screws in firmly but mine is really sturdy for these weights.It takes up little room and they look nice. Obviously the different colours help you to pick up the correct weight.The coating makes them very grippy, yet soft, so you won't get legs.Definitely recommend.

Nice little outfit, stacks tidily. My choice was a 1, 2 and 3 kilogram which is the correct weight for a novice and 10 repetitions for each. Haven't used the 3 kilogram much yet. Bought a book on dum bell exercises which helped a lot with the variety of exercises you can do. I complete a workout every other morning for 25 minutes before breakfast. I believe it is toning my waistline.

I chose these weights because they were made of neoprene and also in the prime day sale at a good price. I’ve been using them for a few weeks now and I think they are a really good set of dumbbells. They are easy to hold and the neoprene makes them so comfortable compared to the metal and plastic ones that I have used in the past.The only reason I have given them 4 stars is because the stand is not as good as I had hoped. You construct it yourself with a Allen key screwdriver provided, the thin sides are connected by 3 solid plastic cylinders which you screw into place and this was easy to do (especially when I used my electric screwdriver!). When you put the weights onto the stand it just doesn’t balance right, to me it seems like the sides need to have a wider plastic foot to help it balance. The sides are just so thin and seem cheap compared to the quality of the weights. I’ve tried putting it on carpeted and wood floors and it just doesn’t stay upright for long and I have given up on it.So if you are looking for a comfortable set of weights which are easy to use and you don’t mind just putting them in a pile then this set is absolutely perfect! But if you are choosing specifically for a set with a stand then I wouldn’t recommend this set.

These weights are great, smart, tidy, colourful, easy to use, good value and make me feel strong! Need to be assembled with a decent screwdriver.

After a 7month 16 day hospital stay & 7 rounds of chemo I need to rebuild, well actually discover my muscle mass!Ended up buying the set based on the green, teal & grey combo, as definitely didn’t want the pink!I’d buy another set if I knew I’d get the stand included as I need the 2.5kg, 3.5kg & 4kg as my strength is improving.I like the look and feel of the dumbbells and they appear to be working! Just wish it was easier to order the next set!My first dumbbells ever, chose on color and price, I’d say I did good!!!

These weights are sturdy and great for beginners, the stand however is a little bit flimsy but easy to assemble

Good quality and just the right weights!

I think these are great value for money for starting up working out at home. They pack don't take up alot of space. The material is grest for grip. The seller was very helpful when I had an issue with delivery. The only minor issues is that the 1kg are only really for people with very small hands and the stand itself, as mentioned in another review, is a tad rickety when put together but is overall study enough.
