Sturdy & useful
Good product from Spigen. The black case makes it look professional. Can keep 1 card and 1-2 notes OR 2 cards. Super useful not to carry wallet while going for jogging etc. The case sides are grippy, so phone will not get slipped out of hand. Adequate screen protection in the front. Only drawback is it makes your phone bulky. Overall I am very satisfied with the case and the delivery.

Cover is very good but not scratch proof, so it is looking bad after sometime. Also this cover is so basic that phone looks cheap in this cover.

Poor quality
Pathetic quality. Spigen has really fallen in terms of the quality of its products.This feedback is based not only on this cover but 3 other instances of different products purchased by colleagues as well. I have been buying their products since 2014 and have been recommending it to everyone. But my experience across products in the last 1-2 years has been pathetic.Flimsy products, high price and no accountability.

The Call Volume Reduces to less then half after using the case
I have been using this same cover for almost 5 plus years. In fact i check if this card case by Spigen is available even befor buying a phone. In short ' I am so used to this case that i cant just do without it'But this time i am facing a problem for the first time!!!!! while using this cover with an Iphone 15 pro the call volume has reduced to half of what is available without the cover put on to the phone.Very weird this is and highly disappointed with the case. Cant even return as it took me a while to understand the exact cause of low call volume.

Top grip is covering the speaker which is causing low hearing.
The top front grip covers the speaker area and I am unable to hear the voice properly in the call. A little opening in that area would have resolved this issue.Otherwise, the product quality is good but the main low voice will not serve the purpose.
