This is really great for my toddler to work through challenging emotions. We have it taped on his bedroom wall. When he’s having some bigger feelings he will look at it himself or I will remind him of it. He looks at it and decides from the pictures what to do since he can’t read yet.He’s even reminded me of a few things I could do when I say I’m frustrated. So he is definitely taking in the information well and using it.

Not only do you get emojis to help with identifying the emotion, you also get solutions for what to do when you feel a certain way. Great learning tool for my kids.

This chart has been great for my very emotional 4 year old who has trouble communicating how she’s feeling at times. There have been several moments where she’s stood up mid-meltdown to go point out which face she is on the chart. She can’t read each of the feelings yet, but it’s also been a good way for us to talk through the different ones in each section. The only challenge is that we’ve had trouble hanging it up. We tried tape and magnets on the fridge but it’s often falling down. If it came with a better way to display it would be 5 stars!

I bought this to help my granddaughter with her emotions. They are extreme at times. It helps when she allows us to sit and read it for her.

I have two similar mental health posters that are the same size. The poster doesn’t fit inside the frame; I tried scoring the edge with a cutting blade tool to evenly trim thin margin. Not working. I had to trim a small amount by freehand. It doesn’t lay flat. This should be trimmed for the stated frame size at the factory. Kind of frustrating as I don’t have a large slicer
