I have searched far and wide, have bought the most affordable to the most expensive pro and prebiotics, going through dozens upon dozens of them, and no or barely any change at all.Well, I noticed a change immediately with this one. I did research on the enzymes that I lack that cause me to have CSID apparently, and in my case an aggressive form where I can't eat starches or sugars and most others, then I put the ones that are more rare in Amazon's search engine (thinking that this is probably not in most prebiotics therefore likely I didn't come across it yet) and came across this product.It contains something that affects an enzyme that I lack per my research. I gave it a try thinking it was just going to be money wasted again, but I saw an improvement that same day. My bloating went down and that hadn't happened in months with anything. I hope that I continue to see a difference. So far, two days and it seems to be working because I'm able to eat again without symptoms or hardly any.

As I age seems like my digestion gets less. I had gastric surgery years ago. This helps me absorb my nutrients.

I gave this formula one month before writing this review, and was comparing it to two other formulas I had been taking for awhile...First I tried Doctor's Best digestive Enzymes and then did a month of Similase (both the formula for gluten/dairy issues and the regular formula). Klaire Vital-Zymes wins by a long shot. I'll explain why. First of all, my digestive problems are basically bloat, gas and random constipation....(excuse me for TMI). Often I would feel like I wasn't fully evacuating my bowels....Stools would be small and difficult to pass, or not at all. Even when I doubled the enzyme dose, I wasn't having much success.SO a month ago, after being at my son and daughter-in-law's house, forgetting to bring my own enzyme, I tried one of theirs...They were using this Klaire Vital-Zymes and I had never taken this before....I noticed the very next morning a huge difference....even with just one pill, I wasn't constipated. I sat down on the toilet andfelt like I fully evacuated my bowels.... Not having any more Klaire enzymes to try, I went back to my last formula which was Similase and started having the same digestive problems again just after 24 hours.... I quickly ordered my own bottle of Klaire and once again, my constipation issues resolved overnight. I started out taking just one enzyme pill before a meal. But now, because I feel very well adjusted to this formula, I'm taking two pills...one before a meal and one after the meal, when I also take other supplements. When my meals are super small, like a snackbar, I might just take one pill and that's all. For dinner, I always take two pills and next morning, no more constipation. I amreally impressed with this formula...It's truly the very best enzyme I've ever taken.

I bought this product for my daughter who has moderate food allergies. The product works great and we have seen a great improvement in symptoms from reactions to various foods. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing this product again thru amazon. The first time I bought it, I bought it thru Vitamin World Discount and it arrived quickly and packaged properly with a freezer pack inside. The second time I ordered it, I thought I was purchasing it thru the same seller but when it arrived I realized that somehow the purchase went thru another seller (North Highland Traders) and was fulfilled by Amazon. It took alot longer to arrive (not really amazons fault since it was ordered around Christmas)and when it got here it did not have a freezer pack with it. Since it needs to be kept refrigerated for it to remain effective, I am returning it. I won't be ordering it again thru amazon since I'm not sure if it was even being stored correctly in their warehouse. If you are considering ordering this product, I would recommend ordering thru vitamin discount world via amazon (it seems to be unavailable thru their website, only thru them on amazon) or thru another company that ships it themselves, and not thru a company that allows amazon to fulfill their orders.
