Good as far as I can tell!
The powder was nice and fine. No clumps. Used this to make my own electrolytes. Works great. You should try it out as very easy. 1 part magnesium 1 part potassium and one part salt.

*BEWARE FORMULA CHANGES* Now malate AND OXIDE >:(
11/24 update- ADDED OXIDE! Facts: cutting it with oxide cheapens it, it doesn't take much oxide to add GI productivity, and obviously changes the quality of this product that I absolutely will no longer use with the oxide. IF I WANTED OXIDE I WOULD HAVE ORDERED OXIDE! why else do you sell the other separate forms?! They function differently for specific things.so a year and 3 kilos later this was a sneaky switcharoo- only the back label pic has been updated while the title, bullets, description, and even video on page state and show the old label without oxide- but who checks before every order? I will from now on. The title and front label should clearly state it is not just magnesium malate any longer, and to boot it is not even listed on back as to how much oxide vs malate there is- 100% unacceptable! Shame on you Bulk because this was awesome as just magnesium malate! I already have BulkS magnesium hydroxide but that is for a completely different purpose (occasional reflux) and will take you to the bathroom many times- I could have added that if I wanted to- I DO NOT!!!!!!!!! I further read through the reviews and my husband and I did notice a change in sourness at beginning of year as others mentioned, personally I did not mind (kind of a sour patch tart and that is what malic acid is used for) but my husband disliked and it shows that this product has been manipulated more than once. I currently have 8 more Bulk supplements subscriptions I will have to monitor for changes.*SO BEWARE* I don't take these but I checked for y'all- Bulk's magnesium glycinate, carbonate, and L-Aspertate all have added oxide now as well!4/24 update: I enthusiastically feel this has helped my all over muscle soreness and sleep quality and will definitely continue this as I believe magnesium has been an important supplement for me for many years, *but full disclosure it is not the only supplement I have recently added that may have helped with soreness as stated below. I did have to start slowly with this to avoid a GI cleanse- 1/4 tsp and increasing by that amount every 3-4 weeks: it took me 3 months to get to my current 1 tsp. it has not helped with my chronic fatigue but no supplement ever has- likely because of my ADD. To avoid GI issues I do take this at night with my supplements that help sleep -but I do not think this makes me tired like magnesium taurate does. this mixes well in a small shot of room temp water but clumps in cold (milk) so I mix all my supplement powders together to avoid this. *At night I also take fish oil and taurine- which I slowly added over a few months. I also added trans-resveratrol, moringa, and tulsi to my morning matcha tea- all of these could be helping with soreness and inflammation but I truly feel the magnesium malate has been the biggest help in my fibromyalgia perimenopausal all-over-everything-hurts muscle soreness, a very big win!oddly my new 1Kg batch seems more potent- my shake wants to explode when opening so I now take this alone in a shot glass of water- it has a sour patch type taste from the malic acid and is tolerable.original: after trying magnesium threonate, malate, glycinate, and taurate- I have been taking magnesium taurate pills for the last 5 years because I believe they cut down on the intensity of my migraines. being 3+ years perimenopausal I've been struggling with increased migraines and muscle fatigue/pain so I wanted to revisit magnesium malate for soreness while adding taurine as a separate supplement for migraines. first day I split dose 1/2 tsp morning and night, but after day two with minor GI discomfort I chose to start with1/4 tsp and increase dose slowly. the fine powder mixes well even in small amount of room temp water- rather tasteless, and certainly not noticeable with many other powders in my cold smoothie. bought 8oz as a trial which seems a decent trail amount, so fingers crossed I can get some results from this supplement.
