Q: looking at purchasing this for an 80's night at work, i work in a past paced restaurant! is this something which i'd sweat alot in?

Yes, you will sweat your tits off in it. Good for a one off but if I were buying again I'd be tempted to pick up a real one from a vintage clothing shop.

Q: Does The wig and tash come with it?

Going by memory the shell suit is sold on its own. But I also got the wig and moustache. The combination was very effective, to such an extent that I was awarded best outfit of the night.

Q: Is the 38"-40"/32.75" leg size, bigger or smaller than the size Medium?

I got my partner medium and it was the right size
