Easy to swallow.
I have a hard time swallowing most vitamins due to the size and chalkiness of them. These are much smaller and gelcaps. Very easy to swallow. The magnesium helps w sleep and restless legs at night.

Has worked for me. I question the new look if it’s the same product
My muscle leg cramps have almost disappeared after having been on these for awhile. They have now changed them to a different color I hope they are the same item. Reading the back I am not sure it is the same product.

Not magnesium or dosage indicated-beware!
I’ve been getting this product for a year and it’s worked great. I take two every night before bed. Over the past month to six weeks I’ve been getting terrible feet and toe cramps all day and night. I stumbled on a video that described the symptoms of magnesium deficiency, and one of them was toe and feet cramps. I changed to a different brand, same dosage, and the cramps were gone within a day or so. So something has changed with this product, and I question if it even contains magnesium now. Beware and watch your symptoms.
