Sturdy and reliable! But the crate is a little smaller than measurements are indicating here so I’d subtract an inch from height, width, and depth for more accuracy if you have a small space you’re working with. Still rating 5 stars despite that fact because it’s so well made and the finishing are very stylish, it looks and feels like quality. Just wish it was a little bigger, however my dog (Belgian malinois) fits in it still so she’s ok.

Great quality as described! Built this in about an hour with some help. Extra hardware was great because one screw was wonky. The latches are more of a copper color and I thought they would be black to match the bars, but are functional and good quality as well.Great air flow for my girl, secure and sturdy, and can store her bed time treats and such on top.My King Charles weighs about 24 pounds, but she is long and this gives her plenty of space to stretch out. I was able to find a bed with removable cover on Amazon that was a perfect fit, but the crate did come with a basic nonslip blanket pad that I keep under the bed.This is more than tall enough and is a bit off the ground which helps keep it cool. Great value and heavy weight duty if you have a dog that tries to chew their crate.We are both very, very pleased with her upgrade and would recommend 100%.

So this was easy to assemble, really nice looking and sturdy, but there are some caveats. The biggest one is the front locks, they freely rotate and are hyper loose, so the dog just has to paw at that door a few times and they move and unlock. I resorted to zip tieing that door closed until I can find a more permanent solid solution. Overall though it was worth the purchase.

Update: giant hassle trying to get prepaid postage back. I'm not spending another $85 minimum to send this back for a potential refund.It is smaller than photos show but would have been okay for now if it weren't for some scrapes and cosmetic issues. It shows a large Golden in it- and ours, just a pup, was already slightly cramped in the space! We tried using it anyway because the return page looks like we have to pay shipping, but we are unhappy with the kennel. The sliding door can be unlocked easily if your pet bangs on it enough. Between that and the original scrapes (the shipping box wss damaged so it might be from that, we will have to find something else. The lock situation was the ultimate issue, because we need to keep him kenneled for short periods of time aka have him STAY IN the kennel. We had to go back to his old wire kennel. It'd cost a lot to send back so hopefully the seller will respond and cover it.We tried to go along with it even though it's smaller than shown and would never hold a large dog, even with the scrapes, but now it's useless for securing our pup even temporarily if the door keeps opening.

I wasn't sure what to do since I couldn't find the hardware at local stores or online. So, I reached out to the company, explained the situation, and requested replacement parts. Their customer service got back to me the next business day. After confirming which pieces were missing, they informed me they'd send them free of charge. I received the parts a few days later and was able to complete the assembly. They've earned their five stars—not only for the quality of the product but also for their excellent customer service.

Update 3/17/23So thanks to the excellent customer service department at Koopro was able to explain the issue and work with them to get a refund also did explain some of the issues and flaws I saw in this product and they were happy to forward ideals to proper teams to hopefully improve the overall product 👍. Very satisfied with the company and hope they make changes to help future pet owners who want there animals who need to be kenneled safe and stylish.So got this massive box and it was so heavy that the delivery guy dropped it in my driveway instead of my door. Which made me happy as I figured it was heavy duty as the name implies after unboxing it found it to be as easy to assemble as someone doing it backwards, the step by step was in my opinion out of order as it made no sense unless your a small child crawling in it to put screws or bolts in. Which leads me to the durability so yes theres lots of metal but the base is that crappy Walmart furniture partical board crap that cant hold anything my dog who is 45 pound collapsed one side of the bottom after getting in. The slide door is nice but the bottom lock stopper had holes in the wrong placement so had to drill new ones just to install that part. Also if you have a smart dog they take that sliding door off in seconds very frustrated with this product if your dog is dumb and small then maybe its a good buy but my experience with the product was not enjoyable and would and will not recommend.Overall rateing:Sturdiness 1Easy to assemble 3 - but still think hardware and instructions could be betterDurability 1Cosmetic 4 - very nice to look at.
