I assume he was doing reverse engineering because when I tried to use it on 4 of them, it didn't work. Somehow they were safe. I though it was damaged, but they learn a new technique to avoid being zapped. But I had to change the angle of the swing. And game over for 2 of them. 2 are still at large.

Ordered this because we had a severe indoor gnat problem and was pleasantly surprised as it came professionally wrapped in a thin cardboard sleeve that contained instructions, although it's pretty easy to figure out without them. It's well made of plastic and looks professionally done. It's about the same size as a racquetball racquet and is light weight enough that anyone can use it. I found that it worked well and made contact as I would swing back and forth in the general area of the bugs. It does make a crackling noise when it makes contact with a bug. So far it has been very easy to clean as most bugs died and fell to the floor. We're still on our first set of double AA batteries (not included) and it's still working as good as the first day we got it.

This swatter is perfect for individuals with vision problems. I would note the moth and simply wave the swatter in the general direction. Success! It's great fun too.

Works very well batteries not included, but zaps the bugs as it should. I haven't got any bees, but have gotten some small bugs.

Was a little bent but once straightened it worked great. Great fly swatter. Battery last for a very long time. Not loud and design is just right. Easy to use even for senior citizens.

I did like it. If you have an annoying fly pestering you, hearing them pop and fry when they meet this swatter is satisfying. You will likely kill more with a regular flyswatter. This one is neater. You will want to guide the fly to run into it. It is powerful. Maybe if I can devise a way to hang it. I am satisfied with it.
