Had pain the the ball of my left foot so purchased these. Fits well and it secure, instantly feel less pain when walking, seems decent.

The gel pads inside the fabric are small for UK size 12 feet. They do not cover all the ball of foot area. The pads also looks very thin, but at least they still help to improve the pressure in the covered area. Unfortunately, the unprotected area is still vulnerable to develop blisters (something I also wanted to avoid wearing these gel pads). I had one gel pads from a big chain of pharmacies and they were big enough to cover all that area and thicker. Definitely, these gel pads are better for smaller feet (I bought the UK size 7-12 version). Other issue is that the friction of the elastic bands has caused blisters in my small fingers and the middle one when there is the separation between the big finger and the others. Thus, I have to put some tape to protect my fingers. I'm still wearing this product even though I need to take some extra measures before going outdoors wearing them.

Very well made and at first were very comfortable but quite tight. Couldn't wear for long as they became very tight as my foot swelled. Think my shoes were quite tight anyway and the cushion pads made them too tight.

Initially these felt just a little odd, so walked gingerly for a few minutes, but they have provided immediate and significant relief.

This left my feet worst. Very uncomfortable to wear

I have tried 4 different types of metatarsal foot pain relievers but none have been as comfortable as these. I had an accident in a vehicle crash and my feet were crushed, so much so I have had eleven surgeries including replacement joints but none could stop the lightening pains especially at night.My GP has written in my notes my feet are cemented together apart from nerves and tendons. I couldn't walk for two years. After massive physio and then trying to walk it was not enough to stop the pain, so I wear compression socks also purchased on Amazon and although I have tried different arch supports none have really helped, but I kept on trying, and at last. These are the ones! I hope if you buy them they work for you as well as they do for me.One good thing with Amazon you can return but I do not think it will be necessary.As there are many types of foot pain and injury you might require a longer one or both as I can honestly say there is not much I do not have wrong with my feet. But now thanks to a good nights sleep I am walking 4 miles a day. I would like to do better, but at least I am on the way as I hope you will be if you suffer from foot pain.

Not as shown in photo. The big toe tube is not separate but a line stitched into sleeve. The sleeve slips off the foot as a result.Tried to return but return not accepted.
