This product worked 100% for me, tried many different types of powder but they just never seemed to work, first time using this in between slabs at the front of my house where I’ve had bother every summer with ants!Within about 30 minutes of applying this powder it seemed like all of the ants could tell something was up and were carrying their larvae from the nest to the surface going across more powder in the process, after about 3 days all that was left was a few dead larvae and no more ants crawling across the front of my house and somehow finding access through my front door!Although a few negative reviews are expecting the powder to be instant kill for the ants that is obviously not the case! If you have any ant problems I would 100% give this a try first and give it a few days to work its magic!

I used this ant killer powder in my conservatory to tackle ants coming in from the garden. While this product has definitely reduced the number of ants, I still spot a few here and there.Last summer, I used a different product that completely eliminated them, This one does a decent job overall. It’s good value for money, but if you’re looking for a 100% solution, it might not be the perfect choice.

I bought this as our gardens are teeming with ants every year and the wee beasties like to march right up the wall and through any open window or door they find to get inside the house.We can't use poisons inside because of pets but the idea was to apply outside all along the base of all the walls and by the doors to make sure they would have to march through the poison on their sneaky forays into the house.It seems to work as have not seen an ant for days but that could be because of the awful weather since we received this ant poison powder.However, using this powder was frustrating and possibly a tad dangerous...So you have to tip the container upside down if you are wishing to apply ot to something beneath you like the floor or patio, but in doing so the hole the powder is supposed to squeeze out of gets blocked after the first squeeze.We tried shaking it like the old fashioned ketchup bottles but it didn't really help.So we angled the container, 45 to the floor and squeezed and big puffs did come out but because you have to get down to floor level to do this you also get a faceful which is probably hazardous. I rushed in the first time to strip off my clothes and shower quickly just in case, but at this point we had only covered 6 inches in a thin line, so I then got my painting overalls on and a face mask and goggles and big thick washing up gloves and then I continued whilst my partner did some gardening down the other end of the garden out of harms way.Also, although this angle worked better it still clogged up every third or fourth squeeze, that is to say every few inches of floor to wall edge. We were only looking to apply a thin line but because of this issue we had big blobs and then no coverage in places so I sacrificed a dustpan and used it to even the dust out so there was coverage.So I have taken a star off for this major faff. A better delivery system is needed. Honestly an old fashioned cardboard box with a side cut out to pour like the old salt boxes would be far better and less likely to get in eyes and mouth in my opinion.

I bought this after being left with little choice. Nowhere to move my table and chairs to and ants living under the patio, constantly wrecking my plants by farming aphids..yes they do that. Super smart creatures. Anyway once or twice a year the flying ones come out to mate and all the ants are super aggressive then. 1000s of them coming out of lose slabs on my patio as it's just sand underneath...they have a colony under. I poured this down cracks, on them, underneath a couple of slabs.... trying to avoid the slabs where there's no ants just woodlice, avoided plants and away from bees, butterflies ect and literally kept the dog away. Within 25-35 mins all activities stopped. Been out 3 days now and nothing... usually the hose pipe on jet moves then by flooding the burrows but water won't kill ants. I was bit everywhere last week and couldn't eat outside with family that came to visit. 3 year war on with this colony which was fought with jet wash and soap suds before...now fingers crossed they are all dead. Not very Bhuddist like as I try to leave nature alone but I deserve a bit of respect from them in my own garden. Anyway it works touch wood.
