The spigot that came with the Brita only had one O-ring (on the inside of the pitcher) but these spigots come with two O-rings which is a nice touch and helps to prevent leaks. I like that this spigot is a little longer as it allows you to keep whatever you are filling at a more comfortable distance from the pitcher.My only complaint is that the flow through these spigots (even when wide open) is too slow.

We built our grand an outside mud center including a bucket with water. Needless to say, the spout was used a LOT! So farm it appears durable, was very easy to install, and flow was good. Our package came with a few in case little hands use it a bunch! We think it turned out well (granddaddy for the win).

Our well pump went out and we had to wait a week to get someone to replace it. I used one of these on a 5 gal bucket to set next to the sink so we could wash dishes, it worked perfect. After the pump was fixed I filled the bucket up with water and put it on the porch in case something like this happens again, it's been sitting there for a couple of months and has not leaked at all.Great price for a good product.
