My First Book of Emotions for Toddlers

I bought this book shortly before my daughter's second birthday and she was obsessed with it from day one. Multiple times a day we were reading it. Now almost 3 and she still chooses to read this book several times a week!It’s a great way to start the conversation about emotions in a really simple and healthy way. The pictures are so great as well because there’s usually multiple people in them so we can practice identifying who is feeling what. We have two other books on emotions, but one is too advanced and complex. The other (the color monster) is cute, but I don’t love how some of the story reads it gives me some hesitation.This book just nails it perfectly.

It has many pictures for variety of emotions. Texts are lean. My daughter who is 20 months old finds it very interesting.

Excellent book for four year olds and older. The artwork could be a little darker so that it’s easier to see. But overall a really good book for explaining emotions to toddlers

This is a great book to learn about emotions other than just happy and sad. Our son loves to read and talk about what each person is doing and what they are feeling that emotion!
