Bought this one to replace the wooden 5 footer I was using. The wooden one deteriorated and left my flag dragging the ground. This one is 6 feet, but it comes in a deceptively small and short box. It comes in 1 foot sections that you screw into each other. It has metal carabiners to hold the flag. It fits perfectly into the wall mount that comes with most of the wooden ones you get from the big box hardware stores. It's in a nice black color and I'm pretty pleased with what I received.

Like others, my only disappointment is that this flagpole is not tangle-free. I have a large collection of flags, and change them often, so I can not fault my flags. Living near the ocean, there is always a breeze. On a windy day, my flags will wrap around the pole rather than spinning 360 degrees or 180 degrees as other flag poles I have owned have allowed. I have to go out side and unwrap it. Doing this is getting annoying.Otherwise I like the pole. It is quite sturdy.The peg that holds the top of the flag that is close to your house can be adjusted. This is a good feature since although flags may be the same standard size, the loops inside the flag that attach to the pole are not all the same length or are not sewn at the same distances from the end of the flag. Being able to adjust this piece allows you to always pin this end of the flag to the pole.I hope the pole works for you if you buy it! Others have had very good luck,

Pretty good flag pole. It is light weight. I knocked one star off the rating because the flag twists around the pole regardless of how I adjust the hooks. I did not have this issue with the preview pole I had. It is okay for the price.
