Expiration Date is Luck of the Draw...
I usually buy long-term consumable things like Advil at the store so I can check the expiration date and make sure it will last at least a few years. The last bottle I bought from the store (this same 50 count variant) had an expiration date for nearly 3 years past purchase date.Unfortunately, with the pandemic, Advil has been harder to find, so I resorted to Amazon. This bottle I received (Shipped and Sold By Amazon) June 1, 2021 expires August 2022. So that's just 14 months.I just wanted to post this as there was another review stating that they got a "30 month headway" (expiration date) on their bottle. This is oddly the most "helpful" review, yet the reality is that it's completely luck of the draw on what your expiration date will be, and you can't rely on one review.I knew that going in -- and believe me -- I'm grateful to not have received a bottle that expired in only a few months. Still, at 14 months, the end result is that I'm paying the same amount of money for half the amount of time the last bottle lasted me. At least it's reasonably cheap so it won't be a huge dent in the wallet. To end on a positive note, yes, this Advil works great. I just took a pill to help relieve a lingering headache I've been having. But you probably already knew that.
