Good product, non-responsive service
Update: the company has a valid NTEP certificate again since 3/23. It was no problem getting it certified. We still have no response from the company re the computer interface, but most people will not need that. So I upgraded the rating to five stars for the product.===============================================We bought the scale to be used on a farmers' market, meaning it needed to be state certified in NH. Turns out the NTEP certificate was real, but was not renewed for 2023. We contacted customer service a couple of times for this and for info about the computer interface, but got no response at all. The product itself seems to work fine.

Works as intended.
So far so good. The city hasn’t come to inspect it yet so I can’t say if it passes or not

Easy to use, made for United States electrical outlet.
Exactly as described. Cord is regular US plug in. Display is in whole pounds and decimals. Easy to input prices and computes total cost automatically after inputting price.

Will do the job beautifully!
It’s perfect for my shelled pecan business and approved by Louisiana State Ag. Department.

Does not work well.
The wieght reading jumps around for no apparent reason. Also my scale seems to have a glitch in which we sometimes have to use a decimal point and sometimes we don't. Meaning punching in 200 sometimes reads two dollars and sometimes two hundred. Our staff complained about it, but I didn't get around to returning it until after 30 days. No I have an expensive piece of junk to throw away. I'll be more careful with return times in the future!
