Will this holster fit the with a surefire X300 on my sig saur P320?

No. M17, M18, P320 pistols will only fit with Streamlight TRL1, TRL1 HL, TRL2 flashlights.

Is this for p320 full size?

I use it for my full size P320 w/red dot... I would suggest a slight sanding/filling modification as it seemed to contact the mag release with little pressure (seated in a vehicle) otherwise very secure and comfortable (Multiple motorcycle rides No retention issues)

Will a p320 full size with a tlr-2hl g fit?

Yes, a full size p320 with tlr-2 will fit. You can even put on a Romeo optic.
