Really like this stand.It has a wide range of adjustments for almost any standing,seated or laying position you are in.I keep mine with the base tucked under my recliner and just swing it towards me when I want to use my tablet or swing it away to get up.Solved my issues of using my tablet on the arm of the chair and constantly knocking it off onto the floor.Gives me a direct line of sight aswell compared to looking down all the time which is horrible for your kneck.Only issue is the base isn't heavy enough for when you swing the arm to the side.It will tip over.So,you need to add a weight on it.I just use a 10lb weight disc and it's solved the issue.Super fast and east assembly aswell,takes under a minute.Overall,extremely happy and it works great with Nintendo switch too,your phone or any similar devices.

Great stand. Holds ipad as well as kindle for reading . Also uses stand to charge phone and have nearby for use of alarm. The stand's arm is very flexible and easily to adjust to any needed angle. I have had no problem with stand tipping over or not handling the weight. This is one of my favorite things I have bought from Amazon. It is sturdy and dependable.

Here are 4 reasons why this particular product is the best phone/tablet floor stand:1. 90º Angle Bar - all other rigid-necked (not the flimsy gooseneck stuff) stands only have a ball joint at the end of the arm. The phone can tilt horizontally, but not all the way to the side either direction. This means the other floor stands have to be positioned in front of you. There are countless scenarios where you'd need the stand to your side, so it needs the ability to have the phone swivel all the way 90º (perpendicular) to the arm. Scenarios like laying it bed, sitting on the end of the couch, using it while in a massage chair, etc.2. Base Weight - look at all the $20-80 stands and notice the total package weight. Many aren't even 4lbs, plenty are under 3lbs. A light base weight means the whole thing is very unstable with the arm extended. This product's base is a solid iron plate weighing 5lbs, necessary to keep your iPad stable when extended.3. Rigid Arms - the gooseneck versions seem good on paper, but they're terribly unstable and inconsistent. Put a phone on them, and it's not heavy enough to keep the neck all the way down since the neck will rise a bit from where you position it. The tripod legs mean the pool can only be as close to those things as the legs are wide. This product has a flat base plate, which allows you to slide the base up underneath chairs, decks, couches, and tables so that you can put the pole itself exactly where and how you want it. This becomes very valuable when you an extra couple inches of extension or need it to be positioned just right. Plus, it doesn't waste floor space with a big set of tripod legs poking out. This also means the flat base plate comes with less trip hazard and less likelihood the whole thing will be tumbling when someone catches their foot on it.I wholeheartedly recommend this particular floor stand as the best combination of features.
