I actually just scoured my whole house and my gear bags looking for these when I used all of my USB male to female extension cables and only had a male to male. This saved the day and allowed me to connect my camera. These things have always come in handy like that since I've bought them. I can charge through them, I can transfer data through them, I can use them just to hold some cables together during transport, and they just WORK! No nonsense or drivers or anything. Looks good, feels good, works good, and has a good price! If I only I could add an AirTag or something on them to locate them when I lose them! That is a me problem though, so please ignore. Great product, will buy again (Like right now, because I actually used them all and need more....)

The connectors were just what I needed. Worked flawlessly.

Warning: You'll need to rotate your USB C cables around for this adaptor to work, as other reviewers have eluded to. My main use case is for fast charging, which seems to work fine. I haven't tested data throughput. I really like the color and the non-branded no logo look of this adaptor, but deduct one star because this should come with some instructions!!

I'm using this for a power cable. As another reviewer correctly noted, this connector has a direction. You have to play around with connecting the USB-C cables in each possible direction to find a configuration that works. USB-C is supposed to work no matter which direction you plug in the cable. This does work if you fiddle, but it does not work as expected!
