Quality and flavor
I found this first up in the California wine country and bought a bottle. Pricey for vinegar I thought, but a nice treat. When I returned home and started using it, I thought "what a gold mine of a discovery". It's in a whole different league over regular store bought. The flavor is outstanding. With a simple dish of tomatoes, basil, mozzarella. Mix the vinegar and good quality olive oil and you'll really be able to taste just how incredible it is.Thanks to Amazon, I can order it from home

great balsamic
This is my 2nd bottle. I use tiny splashes for salad dressing etc. Its fairly thick and sweet - like a fruity syrup. It seems to be a quality product. Other balsamic (e.g. the one at Costco) are watery and cheaper tasting. This one is expensive, but they last a few years if you are judicious.

So much better than the stuff in the grocery stores
Great flavor. Very smooth with no bite. Has a thick syrupy consistency. I brought a bottle of this home from Italy. Glad I was able to find a source in the US.

The best
This has a great slightly thicker consistency and tastes fantastic. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity. My favorite by far.

Excellent Taste
I have tried many balsamic vinegars and this has to be the best one I have tried. It is not too thick or too runny. But the perfect consistency and I enjoy tossing some in my salad and bruschetta. I definitely recommend this balsamic vinegar.

Solid Flavor, tang, and good price point
Closer to a true balsamic, its very good for the price point. Thick, although just a little runnier than pure syrup, at this price point you can incorporate the stronger taste into cooking while not feeling as bad about 'wasting' it on some more bombastic dishes.Strong grape must flavor. Tangy. Smooth but gently bitter aftertaste, but not unpleasant. Solid B grade.
