If you have: a DJI RS 4 Pro, Nikon Z9, and small rig cage, THIS IS THE ACCESSORY YOU NEED.It is nice to be able to use the integrated arca swiss mount and keeping the entire camera (and thus the center of gravity) low on the gimbal arm makes it much easier to balance.the part is well machined and integrates perfectly with the RS 4.Don't hesitate. Just buy it.

For those who mention that it doesn't fit the Ronin RS3, there is a fix. The lever that locks the plate into the gimbal can be adjusted with a T6 torx screw driver. If the plate doesn't fit at first, try adjusting the lever. That's what I did and it fit.

I actually bought this to go with my Lumix cage to easily get on and off. I used it for my Zhiyun Crane 3s pro and it works well. Also works well as a tripod plate. Love it!

The plate is very well made. The safety catch is on the opposite side of Zhyiun Weebil 3E. Even if I made adjustments (drilling a bolt through to work as a safety catch) the thumb screw at the back interferes with the roll motor of the gimbal.

Very well built as always.Small note: if you are looking for a good solution to attach your Peak Design plates to your ronin, this is it. It fits both the PD Standard Plate and the PD Dual Plate.Fair warning though, the PD Standard Plate is super low-profile so the camera clearance is too low to use the DJI lens support bracket with my Sony a7S3 with a 16-35/f2.8 lens. For that reason I recommend using the PD Dual Plate to give it a little more height. Otherwise, if you don’t plan on using the lens bracket, don’t worry about it.If you do end up using the PD Dual Plate, you will need to mount the plate sideways on the camera for it to fit as the manfrotto cutouts get in the way in the front and back. It’s a little janky but it works great and is still solid!Overall, it’s a good solution to be able to keep my PD quick connect plates on while using my gimbal. Highly recommend!

This is just the product I was looking for. Now I can easily go from Gimbal, tripod, or handheld/photography in seconds. Before I would have to remove DJI gimbal plate attachment and whenever I would shoot vertical it would rotate because my camera setup is heavy. But with this I can change setups in seconds and I don’t have to worry about any rotation when shooting vertical content. I’m using RS2 gimbal.

I purchased a DJI RS3 recently and also use SmallRig's cage on my camera that has the Arca-Swiss base. Unfortunately despite the gimbal also using a similar base, I had to disassemble the top of the gimbal each time to slide my camera out, or be forced to use the DJI plate which would add significant height to my camera's mounting point.THIS QR plate however allows me to have it remain fixed to my gimbal while being able to easily take my camera in and out of it quickly with minimal to no balancing again since I'm just mounting the same camera/lens back onto it. What a time saver! Plus the quality of this part feels very solid. Would definitely recommend this item for others.
