Intex Dura-Beam Standard Pillow Rest Classic Air Mattress Series with Internal Pump

Super easy to inflate/deflate thanks to the automatic pump. Very comfortable

This is an awesome airbed at a very affordable price. Amazon delivered it the day after I ordered it. So I opened it up to test it out. It is so ingeniously simple. There are no parts other than the bed. The air pump is integrated into the head of the bed. It includes a convenient built-in storage compartment for the 110 volt AC plug that has a door to keep everything neatly secured. The pump has a large air vent with an on/off switch. The air vent rotates clockwise and counterclockwise with the center position closed, clockwise position to fill the bed and counterclockwise position to drain the air. Just unfold the bed, plug it into a wall outlet, turn on switch on, and rotate the knob clockwise. I timed the process to see how long it would take to fill and empty the bed. It took just 2 minutes12 seconds to fill, and I fount it a bit too firm for me so I let a little of that air back out. Then it took just 2 minutes 30 seconds to completely empty the bed, and the pump sucks all the air out so it is easy to fold up and put away again. this bed costs no more than most manually inflated airbeds and about half the price of many of the competing automatically inflated beds. I've owned manually inflated airbeds and they are not that convenient. You have to have a separate pump and the valve you fill them through is not nearly as large as what is on this bed, so they take a long time to fill and empty. They also require a lot of manual pressing and squeezing to get all the air out. This bed eliminates all of that. I do think if it would be more comfortable if it had a flatter sleeping surface. The bed has several convex rows that feel bumpy to lay on, but it's not uncomfortable and you can easily adjust the firmness of the bed by simply rotating the air valve knob to let a bit of air out. It seems durable, but only time will tell. It is truly well thought out and engineered. I'm very happy with this product.

I bought my first air mattress years ago, this exact one, but sadly had to throw it away since I folded it too tight and caused rips in the fabric so it was leaking. Therefore, my number one storage tip is to leave a very small amount of air in the mattress and just barely fold it and then store it in a trash bag. DO NOT FOLD IT TIGHTLY AND DO NOT PUT IT BACK INTO THE BOX, you will regret it, like I did.I liked the first one so much, I decided to buy another one, and it did not disappoint. Used it for camping in October, and it was comfortable, although it became a little deflated overnight, and I had to pump it again. Thankfully that took less than 5 minutes since the internal pump is amazing and fast! The pillow bump by itself is not too comfortable, but with another pillow, has an extra bump to support my neck. I also really enjoy the alternative hole for a manual pump. It will be extremely handy when I camp in a non-electric campsite.Can't wait to use this air mattress again next summer! Highly recommend it.

We have a fold out sofa that is completely uncomfortable, but putting this on top of that makes it a whole different story. Inflation was easy, and it fit perfectly on top of our queen size sleeper sofa. The only thing you need to be aware of is that it doesn’t get punctured by the metal bits inside the sleeper sofa.

This is a banging deal for the price. I got the twin size for use when my adult son comes home for visits. He’s too tall for my tiny house loft, so he throws this mattress out, plugs it in and sleeps in the living room. It’s more comfortable than the couch, has a built in pillow at one end and takes about 1 minute to inflate. Adjust mattress firmness by inflate/deflating with the pump. It’s about 10-12 inches think and has a velvet like side for sleeping. It’s not noisy when you roll around on it, He states it’s way more comfortable than he expected. My only complaint, which is just me being picky, is you can’t ever get the mattress folded back into the box. Just know, once your dogs get on this for a nap, they’re gonna think you bought them a super nice dog bed.

I bought it Nov 27, '24, but just opened it use in February 2025. It looks very nice but the air bed does not hold air. I fill in the evening and its 50% deflated by the morning. This situation made my sleep very uncomfortable. I double checked for the puncture carefully there is none. Amazon suggested to contact Intex company. The company denied refund but, agreed to send me the replace. I made a follow up 2 months later in April only to learn there is not replacement because I missed the deadline to send a copy of the receipt. I seriously question on their business practice; it comes out as a shady company in my experience! Very low quality or defective product and running around when comes the replacement!

Bought this for a trip where I was staying at an airbnb. 5 days before my trip I inflated it so the material can stretch as indicated in the instructions. You wouldn’t want to get it out of the box and use it right away as it will appear as if it’s deflating but the material is just stretching. Anyways, the day of my trip I inflated it. It took about 3 mins to inflate. It felt firm and comfortable to me. It fit perfectly in the room. I liked the pillow aspect of it. 3 individuals took naps on the air mattress and only had to inflate it 2xs throughout 7 days. This bed was very easy to inflate and deflate.My only con is that the mechanism to inflate and deflate sometimes glitches. It’s almost as if I have to push down and turn for it to work. A few times I just turned it and it didn’t do anything. But I mean if you just wiggle it a bit - and turn in a certain way - it works great.I’d definitely repurchase if I ever needed or if they fix the turning knob.
