I use these with my Ego trimmer. Less expensive then the two colored string. The cord is pre-cut so all I have to do is put it in so it's even on both sides, and hit the button. The trimmer takes up the string and winds it for me.The string is heavy weight, easy to install, easy to use, and usually lasts through most of my yard trimming. The string is tough enough to cut out most areas and weeds, and tiny trees starting to grow, other strings never touched.

This works perfectly for my Ego trimmer and I've had zero issues with the line getting bunched up. This is much more cost effective than buying the pre-spooled trim line and it only takes a few minutes to install it. This should last me a couple years, but I'll rebuy the same thing when I run out.

This line is for the EGO and works great and that's what you want but I left off a star because of price compared to quantity you're getting. Come on, it's plastic string. You could give us more for our money for sure. I believe companies need to go the extra for their customers and we go the extra by staying loyal customers and supporting the companies. Bottom line, if you have an EGO (great weed eater) and need string, this works.

I tried using off brand string in my Ego weed trimmer and it was horrible to load, didn’t dispense as well and I thought it would break my trimmer. So I ordered this and it auto loaded perfectly, works perfectly and I have enough to be set for a while. Came on time and perfect condition. It’s time to cut the grass again, so I’m going to be ordering this again for sure lol!
