I've used K&N filters for years in my motorcycles, cars, and trucks. They absolutely live up to their reputation! Only recently did I discover that they manufacture cabin air filters as well. This was a timely discovery, since I'm fixing up my 2008, 264K mile Nissan Frontier to give to my oldest son as his first vehicle. With over 30,000 miles since the last change, the O.E. spec cabin air filters were past due for a replacement. Upon removing them, the paper tore. Worse, I saw that the filter "frame," if you can call it that, had compressed upon installation, leaving a significant gap between the two filter halves. Enter K&N. Unboxing the replacement filters, it was immediately clear that the quality was VASTLY superior. Installation was not too difficult, flow was great, and there was an immediate improvement in the scent inside the truck. A few notes:1) When you buy the filter specified for your application, the box contains a full set; i.e., if your application requires two filters, that's what K&N includes in ONE box.2) For those who are accustomed to K&N's engine filters, note that the cabin air filters will NOT have the typical red color that comes from the filter oil. This is by design. DO NOT oil the cabin air filter...it is ready to install right out of the box.3) When it's time to clean your K&N cabin air filter, make sure you use the purpose-designed kit. DO NOT use the kit designed for engine filters.4) When installing the cabin air filter on a 2005 and later Nissan Frontier, angle the first filter toward the front passenger side of the filter box (i.e., toward the right front wheel as viewed from inside the cab facing forward), then slide the end nearest you to the right. Make sure to seat it flush at both ends; otherwise it will not be possible to seat the second filter.

Yanked out God only knows how old cabin air filters from my mom's 05 pathfinder that were beyond beat up. These went in with a breeze and fit perfectly. I like how sturdy and solid they feel. Definitely don't give off any signs of being junk.

K&N makes excellent products. The original filter that came out of the truck was disgusting. Having a washable filter makes sense and will pay for its self. When the disposable filters are removed they get destroyed so they can't be blown of with the air compressor for a little more life. The washable I can clean at the recommended 12 month mark or sooner. My Xterra is fresh.

Cabin air filters are standard on many cars today. But dealers often charge LOTS of money to replace them (my Honda dealer was asking over $100 to replace one filter). But in many cases it's a 10 minute easy do it yourself project. I've purchased these for Hondas and Nissans and can verify that it's really quite simple on those vehicles (Accords, Pilots, Frontiers, and Xterras). Purchase once and then clean instead of replacing them. Depending on how long you keep your vehicle, these will pay for themselves many times over. One of the best cost saving upgrades I know of!Performance is also top notch and helps keep your air conditions system clean and dust / contaminant free!Highly recommended.

K&N website said it fits a 2018 Nissan Nv2500. It does not.

Great filter. Better than expected. Follow the recommended cleaning procedures on a timely matter. NOTHING ELSE TO SAY OTHER THAN YOU WON'T REGRET PURCHASING THESE. RECOMMENDED.
