Quality control needs some work: had to order three times before receiving one that worked.
One of the 3 original batteries began to swell after almost two years of use. Certainly a reasonable length of use. So, I ordered a replacement. The first arrived swollen. After notifying Customer Service, a new one was ordered and instructions to return the damaged item were sent to me. Unfortunately, the instructions specifically forbid shipping swollen or damaged Lithium batteries! After then speaking with a CS agent, and pointing out that damaged Lithium batteries must not be shipped back, they agreed and I was not to return the defective new battery. The second one arrived, but it could not be charged. Returned it promptly and ordered a third one. This one arrived on schedule and has been performing fine. So far.We love the wireless headphones and while it took three orders to finally receive a working battery, the Amazon return/credit process did not cost us any additional $. Just some aggravation and inconvenience.
