Have just received this product. Packaging is vacuum sealed for freshness. I am sure just by the care they put into packaging of this product, the same care was taken from harvesting it and processing! Can't wait to enjoy this product soon.

Have purchased these on numerous occasions and they always are fresh and well packaged.

Some reviews complain that these pecans aren't fresh. If you've had pecans fresh off the trees, you learn that they taste much better when they age a bit. Not years but at least a few months. These are perfect. I have used one package and ordered a second one. I've never had better. Not even when I was fortunate enough to have my own trees!

Absolutely delicious. I have already used most of them. Will order more.

Pecans are two expensive and 1/4 pound is one less recipe I can make.

I haven’t tried these chopped pecans yet - but they’re in the freezer waiting! Hope they taste as good as they look!!!!

huge 5 lb. bag of fresh pecans are wonderful and so fresh. i make fruitcakes for all my family and pecan pies and candy for Christmas so these are exact ally what i was looking for. you want be disapointed.
