I admit, I am only halfway through the bottle, but as a long term-40 years-migrainer, I can tell something is different. I seem to be having fewer of them, they seem less severe, and they seem to respond to my abortive med better. Over such a long time, I have significant experience with what does and does not seem to work. I will most certainly continue to take this supplement!!! It doesn't seem to have any side effects-like an upset stomach or heart burn-as other supplements I have tried for other reasons do. The capsules are on the large size, but I take them with my protein shake and they go down just fine; I have certainly seen bigger capsules in my time. If you suffer from migraines, please give these a try. I KNOW how discouraging it can be to try something new and have it fail to help-I have sure been there-but I really do think these are showing benefits for me.As a side note, I also have the migraine roller stick and it helps too-honestly it does. Now, it isn't going to treat a migraine, but the scent is super soothing and it does bring warms to the areas where it is applied which does seem to help. I use in on my temples, in the frown line between my eyes-obviously avoid eye contact-and as I get cervicogenic migraines, I use it at the base of my skull and neck. Because it is a roller and not a cream, I can even get it up into my hair line back there without it getting all caught in my hair and making said hair slimy. It is worth a try too. I now have one by may chair, my bed and in my purse.Being in chronic pain can be so discouraging and makes one feel so helpless sometimes. I hope these things help you as they have helped me.

Wife was having frequent Migraines, that sometimes would last a couple days. Since taking these over 1 month, only 1 that lasted about 3hrs.;-)

I read a book that suggested using taurine to prevent migraines. I was taking another migraine supplement that had magnesium and feverflu in it that worked okay. Migrastil is the only product I could find that included taurine along with magnesium and feverflu. So far the results have been good. It's not a miracle pill, but then I haven't found anything else that is. That said, my migraines are down to about one a month instead of weekly. Also, I haven't had any side effects. It says take 2-3 months for the full effect, but I noticed a difference after about 2 weeks.It seems like a fairly high quality product. It is well packaged with thick packing cotton and one of those little moisture absorbing packets inside the bottle. I can't say if it will work for you. I know that some things will work for some people and not others. Based on my experience, I would recommend trying it if you have migraines.

It has reduced my migraine headaches to one every 8 months instead of having them twice a month

I am not sure if this is working or not. I have been using it for almost 3 weeks and have had some headaches but granted they were not bad ones. I will continue to use and maybe update later on this product.

Took it for like a week and it seemed to work but then I got a migraine and I realized it was probably causing the constant nausea I was having. Certain forms of magnesium can cause nausea and I prefer magnesium oxide. This has magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate so I guess the citrate is the problem.

I purchased this because it had similar ingredients as found in an energy drink without the caffiene and sugars. I had accidentally found energy drinks to ease my migraines. Taking this daily has reduced the frequency of migraine dramatically, down from 5 per week to one per week for the last 3 weeks. I hope it works for others as well as it has for me.

I really think it makes a difference. When I take it regularly every day. I find even if I do get a headache it doesn't seem to be as intense and that I can deal with a lot easier.
