Lovely, bright, colourful rug! I am so pleased with it. I bought a similar one a while back but it wasn’t as colourful as in the photo. I haven’t had it long but it looks great quality, it was just the size I wanted, it stays in place and doesn’t curl up or move constantly like my last one. Good value for money. Very happy so far!

I wanted to write a review because, not only am I really happy with this rug, I realise that it has a lot of the qualities that people are looking for when shopping for chindi rugs.The first thing is, I was happy with the colour. It had the same overall, rich colour feel as the photo so that was really important to me.I also ordered because I liked the fact that patterned material was used in their illustration photo and there was a similar amount of patterned material in mine.It is made with care and very neatly from mainly (almost all) fleece material. I have mine for just under my feet at the sofa and it's really soft and warm.One of the most important things for me was colourfastness and I know that's a big issue for others too. As mine is sitting on top of another carpet, I decided to test it before putting it down. I got some water and a pure white cloth and checked all over, even rubbing at times and there was not a hint of colour on the cloth. I even went over it about 10 minutes later with kitchen towels, where I'd left it wet in a couple of parts and still no colour.The edges are a little tatty, but that seems to be normal.The larger ones are more expensive than many others available, but the colours are gorgeous, I think they would look amazing. The photos look like they are all made from the same kind of material (polyester fleece) so they are more than likely going to be colourfast too.The problem with colour running is when material is dyed without being fixed. With fleece being essentially plastic it is much harder to dye so it should be properly set colour from the factory.And like I said the use of fleece makes it really warm and soft.I would get rubber matting for underneath if you are going to be walking across it a lot.

The work that I bought from Amazon is really worth the money. It looks really nice in my home.

The rug had a strange packaging odour which disappeared after a day on the washing line. This Chindi is much softer than others I have had and the weave is wider thread. Nice bright colours

After reading all the great reviews for this colourful rug I decided to put in an order. I received my rug very quickly, nicely folded up and fastened inside tight packaging. I buy alot of clothing originating from India & Nepal & they always need to be washed first due to pungent smells, not this rug! It's a brilliant size for the money, bright & colourful also very well made. I'd highly recommend. Having to wait for our puppy to be 100% toilet trained before I put down on our living room floor so can't wait to be able to use the rug.

It's always a gamble when you buy a rag rug online, because they can be any combination of different colours. But I was expecting something warmer and brighter, whereas this is quite a dull pink/ burgundy mix with greys and beiges. It will definitely work for someone but I wanted yellows, oranges, etc. This just does not work with my colour scheme so I have sent it back. I could theoretically buy another one and get something totally different, but I think I will try to get one in person so that I am not disappointed.As per other reviewers I did find the material is quite cheap feeling fleece etc, but I wouldn't have minded it if the colours were right. It is a good price.
