I needed to paint my home's exterior faux brick concrete walls, and decided to take a flyer on an inexpensive sprayer to avoid brushing and or rolling, due to the many crevices in the walls. I was pleasantly surprised to find the NOCRY sprayer to be well built and easy to assemble. I filled it with Behr's Stucco and Brick paint and went to work. After experimenting with a few settings, I was able to deliver a consistent flow of paint to cover the work. I was also surprised at how little paint I had to use. The sprayer worked beyond expectations and saved me lots of hard labor. The fine spray setting allowed for little overspray, and a 2-inch strip of painter's tape was enough to protect the siding from the spray. A thorough cleaning of the appliance took about fifteen minutes and I only cleaned the nozzle once about halfway thru. In, short, a great buy for the money.

Never had a paint sprayer before and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. My dad and I built a pallet bar and it needed to be stained and poly’d. This sprayer did the trick! For a fraction of the cost of many others I was more than pleased with the results. The company even reached out to me directly about a week after I purchased from Amazon to make sure I was satisfied. Very pro-active in customer service if you ask me! The direction booklet was easy to understand with quite a bit of humor mixed in, a very enjoyable read. I saw a few negative reviews before purchasing but figured it was worth the risk even if I had to return it. No problems at all! Very happy with my purchase and would suggest it to others.

I was looking for something that could spray a thicker, solid stain (Cabots ultra-white solid stain) and this fit the bill.Be careful when you clean it. In the hood, you will see a white, soft, nipple or bladder. Be careful not to split it during cleaning.The sprayer worked flawlessly until that broke. I contacted the company and after filling out a form they sent me a brand new sprayer!Upon filling out the form I noticed the manufacturing date on my unit was very old. I suspect NoCry has thousands of these sitting in a warehouse, which is probably why the price is so low and the replacement came very easy.I would order another one of these in a heartbeat because whatever might go wrong, NoCry is going to be eager to work with you.Nice sprayer, better customer service.

This was the year that my cedar fence needed re-staining and I was dreading the prospect of doing it by brush / roller like last time because it took forever and was back-breaking work. I started looking for paint sprayers on Amazon but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I came across this NoCry sprayer and found so many positive reviews that I went as far as to check the reviewers to make sure they weren't fake people! And, no offense, but it's hard to believe a company called "NoCry" could make such a legit product. LOL!This is a fantastic paint/stain sprayer! Using a transparent stain I didn't even need to thin it but I did make sure to strain it to minimize any chance of clogging the nozzle. I used it to stain my cedar fence and it was great! Nice even coats were easy to lay down after a few adjustments of the spray width and volume. I cannot imagine staining my fence again using a brush / roller after using this sprayer! As with any paint sprayer you are going to get some over-spray so just be mindful when spraying around plants and vehicles.Clean-up was super easy as well. The unit comes apart very easily and all of the parts are easy to clean with soapy water (for water-based paints and stains).Overall, I am super happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

I needed a decent sprayer, not top of the line, to stain my deck. I used a roller for the deck boards, which I believe is the best method, but for every other surface, I used this sprayer and it did the job just fine. It took several tries to really get the consistency (thickness) just right with the proper air and amount of stain mixture to achieve a fairly even coat. Staining is hard to spray evenly so if you don't mind that, then this is sprayer will work very well for you.

I recently purchased this sprayer to use in painting an old deck that had ~150 balusters. The stain that we used was a solid type and the DIN/s was greater than 100, which NoCry says is the maximum that can be sprayed without thinning. My partner purchased the Graco electric pump sprayer at the same time, so that we could compare the two using the same stain. We did NOT thin the stain since the Graco said that none was required. Even my picky partner agreed that the $38 NoCry easily outperformed the $300 Graco in the following areas - material usage, consistency of spray stream velocity, ease of clean-up, general ease of use and warranty. Given the huge price difference, 4 year warranty and great customer service (see below comment) this NoCry product is a great value and in my opinion a no-brainer to buy especially for deck and fence painting. We have yet to try any latex paint or anything requiring a fine finish (cabinets, indoor walls) so I'll revisit this review then and update with those results. Customer service is great so far as NoCry has already reached out to me in an email, plus the owner himself has responded personally to a suggestion I made regarding the instructions. Love this product and company and recommend them!
