It does come with a power cord. The unit does have an RS232 port which you can connect to a computer via a serial to serial cable or serial to usb cable, however, the cable needed to connect it is not included.

I do not think so. Though it is from Europe and sometimes appliances can accept 220v. But I will warn you against the scales purchase because tech or repair support is HORRIBLE!!! Almost non existant
