Sega A Certain Magical Index II: Kaori Kanzaki EX PVC Figure

This is a good figure of Kaori Kanzaki. From the box, this looks like it was a Sega prize box. So its smaller than the Kotobuyuki Figures that are 8-9 inches in height. This figure itself stands about 7" tall and the base 3/8" thick. So probably 1/9 scale.Even though this is 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of a Kotobuyuki figure, it still has plenty of detail! From her face, to her hair, to her clothes. there's plenty of detail to be had.Relative to her scale, her sword seems unusually long. Too bad the photograph only has one angle of her (make sure you search for her on the Internet to see other angles of her). You can't appreciate her detail unless you see a larger picture with multiple angles or see the actual figure in person.The figure had no blemishes. The only thing I thought was unusual was the figure was screwed into the base. My other figures connect to a peg or J-Hook on the base (but that's no biggie; you never have to worry about the figure falling down).If you want to keep the same scale as other 1/8 scale figures (8-9" height), there are other figures available of her (but much more expensive!). But if size is not the issue and you like her in the Aru Majutsu no Index Anime, or you just like girls with attitude figures, then you should love this one!
