After 4 years the original foam began to deteriorate would turn to almost powder form. Which is left on your ear, neck, and clothing. I used without the foam for a week, then I thought to search out replacement foam. Sure enough, found them and they're a perfect fit! The headset looks brand new! Same fit, comfort, no foam odor, and it's a quality product. Another good point, received two; so in another 3-4 years I'm all set!

Good value for reviving my cheap Plantronics headset which I kept as a spare. Kept me from chucking it in the can. Sure enough, my wife needed them for conference calls from home. Easy to install. Great deal.

Much higher quality than the pads they are are replacing and they cover less of the ear beyond the headpiece so I can wear my earrings again. At some point in the far future they will likely need to be replaced and when that time comes I will choose to order these covers again and pay for them myself rather than replace them with those issued by my employer.

Product hits the mark - easy to install and works great. A bit more than I wanted to spend for a small amount of foam but well worth it in the end.

Finding and obtaining these ear pads saved my headphones from the trash bin; they fit perfectly and allow me to go on using my headset for the foreseeable future.
