Completely solved the problem
I have a Pixma MP560 printer which would not work and gave me the error code B200. Now this printer is worth over three hundred dollars and I really didn't want to trash it. I tried a number of fixes which I found online but none solvedthe problem. I even called some repair people but no one would guarantee their work and a Canon service center would have nothing to do with it saying it was out of warranty. Not wanting to scrap the printer I searched further online and came across someone saying that changing the printhead solved the problem. It certainly was worth thetry. I ordered the printhead through Amazon, installed it, and now the printer is working just fine.

Didn't work at all
I knew buying this was going to be a risk but I figured $20 bucks vs a new printer was worth the gamble. Well the gamble didn't pay off. My printer brought up an error message right away and didn't recognize this new printer head. Wasted money.

Refurbished shouldn't mean not working, this product was clogged on arrival, total waste of money.
