Not truely peeled. To much work to rehydrate etc.
Tigernuts, correction peeled tigernuts are delicious, a flavor mix between a brazil nut and hazelnut. These are not peeled. Eaten as is from this bag tastes like bark. I rehydrated them to peel them (4 hrs instapot under pressure) and they become soft enough to "peel". That said you still need to use a knife to get the "shell" off and well they are the size of a large pea. If you are really dying for a "nut" i say go for it but you need to rehydrate them. On AIP i have done hours of kitchen work for something sweet so I don't blame you for anything you must do to feed the craving beast. For me, nuts just are not a craving and the leg work and effort to put into these to eat them as they are intended to be eaten just doesnt add up.
