How can you order more replacement tips?

They’re the same as Etymotic’s In-Ear monitor headphones. My silicone tips have lasted me for years, but I’m sure you could get more of their good foam tips from Etymotic’s website (accessories page or through customer support).

I'm finding it difficult to remove the ear tips. It seems to require a lot of force, but I'm afraid of ripping them. Thoughts?

You just have to break the seal... which means letting some air around the flanges. Open your jaw and pull down on your ear with one hand, and pull out the earplug with a twisting motion. Mine came with a string, so I don’t know why the other answer said different. But I like the little plastic tab better for pulling it out.

How do I know what size to get?

The standard size fits 80% of the population. Have you ever worn in-ear headphones? That should be a good guide. I’m a tall adult male, but I’m in the 5% that typically uses small tips, your height and age have nothing to do with the width of your ear canals. I can put my small Etymotic IEM tips on these earplugs, however standard size tips here fit me ok to wear for several hours because the silicone is soft and the “core” is really thin no matter which diameter flanges you use.
